Privacy Policy

Last updated June 14, 2026

loyhq is a loyalty and rewards platform for service businesses, operated by Aesthiq LLC. This policy explains what the loyhq website and the "My Rewards" mobile app collect, why, and your choices. It covers two kinds of people: the business owners and staff who run a loyalty program, and the customers who earn and redeem points at those businesses.

What we collect

How we use it

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with (sub-processors)

We only use the service providers needed to run loyhq. Each business only sees the customers of its own program, and we may disclose information if required by law. Our current sub-processors:

For business customers (data processing)

When a business uses loyhq to run a program, that business is the controller of its customers' information and loyhq is the processor: we handle that information only to provide the service and on the business's instructions. If your business needs a signed Data Processing Agreement, contact us at contact@aesthiq.com and we'll provide one.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while your account or membership is active. You can ask us to delete it (see below); some records may be kept where the law requires.

Security

Connections use HTTPS, passwords and one-time codes are stored hashed (not in plain text), and each business's data is isolated from every other business.

Your choices

Children

loyhq is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

SMS and text messaging

If you opt in, a business you visit may send you text messages through loyhq about your rewards, points, offers, and appointment reminders. You opt in by checking the SMS consent box when you join a business's program, and consent to receive texts is never a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop messages, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile information will never be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

How our SMS opt-in works (with screenshots)

Customers give SMS consent on a business's own branded rewards signup page. The customer enters their phone number, and the SMS consent box is unchecked by default. It must be actively checked and reads: “Text me rewards, offers and reminders. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.” SMS consent is separate from email consent and is not a condition of purchase. A live example of the opt-in page: glow-beauty-studio.loyhq.com/portal/signup.

If we update this policy, we'll change the date above and post the new version here.
